He was known as a religious figure and leader who deeply understood the importance of developing human resources. In the context of human resource management, implementation of management functions is the key to achieving effective human resource development. This research uses qualitative methods with literature study approach, documentation methods in collecting data, and content analysis in analyzing data. The research results show that in implementing the planning function, he implemented structured strategic planning, planned in stages, and made decisions based on criteria. In organizing implementation, he managed a multicultural work team wisely, placed human resources according to their qualifications, and demonstrated flexibility in decision making. In actuating implementation is carried out by building a loving environment and motivating friends through spiritual incentives. Implementation of supervision is carried out by monitoring compliance with rules, a human approach in supervision, wise response to violations, and being a role model in enforcing norms and rules. Sejak lahir dan berkembangnya filsafat ilmu pengetahuan sangat berpengaruh terhadap dunia akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, teknik mengumpulkan datanya menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu literature review atau biasa disebut dengan tinjauan pustaka. Ruang lingkup penelitian menganalisa tentang filsafat, kedudukan filsafat, serta kaitanya dengan ilmu pengetahuan.hasil dari penelitian ini adalah filsafat memberikan keterampilan dalam penalaran, penilaian kritis, pemecahan masalah kreatif, dan komunikasi. Ilmu pengetahuan diakui sebagai kebenaran ilmiah jika memenuhi setidaknya dua syarat yaitu rasional dan empiris. Filsafat ilmu berfungsi untuk menelaah dan menyelidiki berbagai macam sumber pengetahuan. Penting untuk diingat bahwa filsafat ilmu tidak bertujuan untuk menjadi puncak eksistensi ilmu yang harus dipuja. Maka, filsafat ilmu adalah bagian dari ilmu pengetahuan dan manajemen pendidikan karena mengajarkan kita cara memikirkan, menilai kritis, menyelesaikan masalah kreatif, dan berkomunikasi. In conducting this research the author used a qualitative approach; Qualitative research is carried out to build knowledge through understanding and discovery. The qualitative research approach is a research and understanding process based on methods that investigate social phenomena and human problems. In this study, researchers observed, interviewed and searched for documents related to FKDT and MDTA both through FKDT administrators, madrasa heads and MDTA teachers. This is done to find research results that are in accordance with the problem formulation. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn; The implementation of Subdistrict FKDT performance management in improving the quality of MDTA education in Cingambul District has generally been carried out quite well, by utilizing the MDTA head, the FKDT program as well as MDTA teachers as a step in implementing FKDT performance management. This quantitative research involves two classes of eleventh grade at MAN 2 Pekanbaru. Observation sheet and reading comprehension test are used to collect data. The data analysis reveals that the students’ reading comprehension using KWL strategy has beneficial to help students’ reading comprehension. Two tests were given by the participants, pre test and post test. The post test result reveals that KWL strategy was improved significantly if it was compared to Close reading strategy. The teachers also mention several advantages concerning the use of KWL strategy in their teaching practice. The advantages include students’ curiosity to the topic given since it stimulated students’ prior knowledge, teach students how to share ideas with the group, stimulated students’ to participate actively in learning process. The findings of the study suggest that KWL strategy is really beneficial to help improve English teaching and learning. This research uses a qualitative method of library study or literature study (Literature Review), and data is collected from related sources such as journals, e-books, or academic articles. The results of this study show that the management of Islamic education has a significant impact on Islamic educational institutions. The theory of Islamic education management practices refers to principles of governance that have not been fully implemented by Islamic educational institutions, such as the concept of transparency and integrity. Adapun metode riset yang dipakai dalam riset ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, metode kualitatif menggunakan beberapa pendekatan studi kasus sebagai kerangka kerja utama. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan guru di SMAIT Nurul Ilmi. Data yang terkumpul melalui proses wawancara dari pihak sekolah. Dalam hal ini, peran seorang kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan sekolah yang efektif sangat penting. Seperti yang telah dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah di SMAIT Nurul Ilmi dengan mewujudkan sekolah yang efektif dan membuat sekolah tersebut menjadi salah satu dari tiga sekolah terbaik yang ada di provinsi jambi. Routine data collection processes can cause fluctuations in the volume and status of data. Therefore, traditional recording methods are now less efficient in handling the volume and complexity of these processes. It is important to not only document inventory data, but also manage it with accuracy so that it can be accessed completely without error. Thanks to technological advances, computerization has provided efficient online system-based solutions in addressing these issues. One application of this technology was carried out at the Kretek village office, which previously still relied on traditional recording methods. With the new web-based information system, village employees can manage inventory data, outgoing goods data and loans easily. This system was developed using Hypertext Preprocessor</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">MyAdmin, with Prototype as the development approach.
