This study highlights aspects such as workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and incentives for teachers to enhance their motivation and performance. The results show that teacher development strategies, including technology-based training and professional development programs, contribute significantly to improving student learning efficiency. Teachers who receive ongoing training are better able to implement innovative teaching methods, improve classroom interactions, and create a more effective learning environment. In addition, teacher well-being, both in terms of incentives and psychological support, plays a role in increasing job satisfaction which has a direct impact on teaching performance. The performance of teaching and learning is greatly influenced by the motivation and well-being of educators. Compensation management, which includes salary, benefits, and non-financial rewards, plays an important role in enhancing teaching quality. This article aims to examine the role of compensation management in improving teaching and learning performance. The research uses a literature review method by analyzing previous studies on the influence of compensation on teacher motivation and performance. The results of the research indicate that a fair and transparent compensation system can enhance job satisfaction, motivation, and teacher productivity. However, there are challenges in implementing compensation, such as salary disparities, budget limitations, and a lack of non-financial rewards. The digital-based school public relations strategy is very important because it can answer the need for communication in the modern era that is fast and connected online. A qualitative approach with descriptive analysis was employed to portray the actual conditions in the field. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the planning stage of the training program comprises nine components: needs analysis, goal setting, budgeting, site selection, determination of materials and syllabus, activity design, and development of the evaluation model. The implementation stage is divided into two phases: pre-activity and core activity. Evaluation is conducted in two aspects: process evaluation and student learning outcome evaluation, which includes pre-tests, class assessments, and post-tests. This program is designed to enhance students’ proficiency in the four basic foreign language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach through library research, the study examines relevant national and international scientific literature and empirical data from elementary schools. The findings reveal that career development programs for teachers include curriculum workshops, digital learning training, professional certification, promotions, mentoring, classroom action research, and participation in academic forums. Teachers actively engaged in these activities show significant improvement in their lesson planning, technology integration, classroom management, and student assessment practices. The study also finds a strong correlation between the intensity of career development and the level of teacher professionalism. Organizational support, school leadership, and affirmative educational policies play a vital role in strengthening this relationship. This article aims to explore and analyze the mastery of conceptual and practical knowledge of students and practitioners of cost theory, types of costs, and their application in operational activities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study techniques and field observations in academic environments and small-medium scale businesses. The results show that there is a gap between the theoretical understanding obtained through formal learning and practical application in the field, especially in the classification of fixed, variable, direct, indirect, and relevant costs. This article suggests the need for integration between real case-based learning and the utilization of digital technology in the learning process of cost theory in order to have a more applicable and contextual understanding. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of a holistic approach in the curriculum planning process and examine its impact on improving the quality of education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with content analysis techniques of various scientific literature and case studies of educational institutions that have implemented a holistic curriculum in the last five years. The results show that the holistic approach is able to increase student engagement, strengthen character, and encourage meaningful, contextual, and learner-centered learning. The holistically designed curriculum integrates cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in a balanced manner, as well as considering cultural values and technological developments. The novelty of this research lies in the focus of its study on the curriculum planning process not only the implementation of learning which has been under-researched, especially in the context of Indonesian education. This study focuses on children's language development. This study aims to identify effective assessment methods in measuring the language development of early childhood at RA Al-Fur'qon Prabumulih. This study is a field study with a descriptive qualitative approach. While the data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Not only that, children aged 4-5 years here already understand simple instructions and are able to answer basic questions given by the teacher. In addition, the results of the study also found that the combination of direct observation in daily activities, the use of portfolios, game-based assessments, and parental involvement are the most effective methods at RA Al-Furqon Prabumulih. These methods are considered capable of providing a comprehensive and natural picture of children's language abilities. However, the use of assessment technology is still limited and needs to be improved. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of collaboration between teachers and parents in the field. So that the assessments carried out only apply in schools. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consist of the school principal, teachers, and administrative staff. Data analysis follows the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the school principal acts as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, and motivator. The principal enforces discipline through strict supervision, sanctions, and rewards for outstanding teachers. The approach used is quantitative with correlational research type, with purposive sampling consisting of teachers in several Islamic schools. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire developed based on four dimensions of the Path Goal leadership style (directive, supportive, participative, and achievement-oriented) and indicators of teaching innovation. Data were collected through Google Form and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression through JASP software. The results of the analysis showed that Path Goal Theory leadership style had a significant effect on teaching innovation, with an R² value of 0.455 and a significance of p &lt; 0.001. That is, 45.5% of the variation in teaching innovation can be explained by this leadership style. The findings confirm the importance of adaptive leadership in creating innovative learning environments in Islamic education institutions. Using a quantitative correlational approach, the research involved a purposive sample of 40 students. The independent variable (X) is transformational leadership, measured through four indicators: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The dependent variable (Y) is the ability to overcome digital amnesia, assessed through indicators including technology dependency, memory ability, concentration, and deep learning. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, which was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression via the JASP software. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on students’ ability to cope with digital amnesia. This finding highlights the critical role of teachers' leadership in fostering independent learning and cognitive resilience in the digital era. Slow learner students are individuals who experience barriers to learning. This study aims to describe remedial teaching-based tutoring services to help slow learner students in reading. This research uses a case study method with a sample of 1 student named F, a slow learner student in Junior High School (SMP), who has conducted a psychological examination with the results of IQ = 85, which is a category below average. Data analysis uses qualitative through the provision of remedial teaching-based tutoring services, students who experience slow learners usually have difficulty recognizing word structures and interpreting them. Remedial teaching-based tutoring services are remedial learning presented to slow learner students. Remedial teaching-based tutoring services are expected to be able to improve reading skills for slow learner students. Based on the results of the research, the provision of remedial teaching-based tutoring services for slow learner students and using observation questionnaires for the development of children's reading skills, shows that there is an increase in reading skills which is reflected in increased understanding, and the ability to read text. Data collection technique used a questionnaire from 26 respondents. Sampling using saturated samples, Data analysis techniques using simple regression tests and determination coefficients. The hypothesis test uses the t-calculation formula. The results of the study showed that: (1) The used of audio visual learning media in class VII PK A SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta was included in the criteria with an average of 15. (2) The learning outcomes of the worship subject of class VII PK A SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta were included in the criteria with an average of 78; (3) Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the audio visual learning media showed a value of Sig. The research focuses on five key aspects: students’ habits and readiness in using Chromebooks, their perceptions of ease and understanding of PAI materials, the level of creativity and engagement in digital-based learning, technical challenges encountered, and the relevance of Chromebook integration with the goals of Islamic education in the digital era. This study employed a quantitative approach using survey and literature study methods. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 17 students and in-depth interviews with a PAI teacher. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods to gain a comprehensive understanding of Chromebook usage effectiveness in the learning process. The findings show that most students feel accustomed to and comfortable using Chromebooks in PAI learning. The device is perceived to facilitate understanding of the material, increase learning motivation, and enhance student creativity in completing project-based assignments such as Islamic videos and digital content design. This journal article is written using quantitative methods by taking sources from articles, journals, and books that have been available that discuss and examine the performance of educators/teachers in schools. Efforts that can be made to improve teacher performance include: a) accepting the presence of teachers; b) giving new teaching assignments in accordance with the fields and competencies mastered by the teacher; c) forming and implementing working groups of teachers in the field of study and solving problems that occur in the classroom. This study uses a literature review approach by analyzing various book references and scientific articles. The results of the discussion show that organized student administration is able to create an orderly, conducive school climate that supports the learning process. Utilizing a library research method and content analysis, this study reviews literature on the digitalization of basic education management, technology adoption in schools, and the application of Google for Education. The findings indicate that using Google platforms not only enhances learning effectiveness but also accelerates administrative processes, improves data transparency, and strengthens stakeholder collaboration. This digital transformation increased management efficiency by 30–40%. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy among teachers, uneven infrastructure, and resistance to organizational cultural change were identified. Successful adoption strategies include the development of a digitalization roadmap, continuous training, provision of supporting facilities, parental involvement, and the formation of internal innovation teams. This article uses a descriptive method with a literature study approach to analyze budgeting and financial management strategies in Islamic education. The results show that aligning cost plans with appropriate funding sources can improve financial efficiency, prevent budget deficits and increase transparency. In addition, optimizing education funds through innovative strategies such as financial digitalization and transparent audit systems can support the sustainability of Islamic education programs. In the educational context, PAI teachers play a central role in transmitting these values through the learning process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, classroom observations, and documentation studies. The findings reveal that collaborative supervision at State Junior High School 2 Mojolaban is carried out through joint planning, classroom supervision, and post-teaching reflection. PAI teachers are encouraged to incorporate values of moderation, such as interfaith tolerance, rejection of extremism, and appreciation for cultural and religious diversity. Challenges encountered include limited supervision time and insufficient understanding of religious moderation concepts among some teachers. Nevertheless, collaborative supervision has proven effective in enhancing teachers’ pedagogical awareness and their ability to contextually integrate religious moderation values into the teaching and learning process. Such problems cannot be solved with a technical approach alone, but require an adaptive and participatory systemic approach. This study aims to examine the application of Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) as a qualitative approach to solving complex problems in the educational environment. The study was conducted through a systematic literature review of ten scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025, obtained from the Scopus, Google Scholar, and Garuda databases. The search process used the keywords "Soft Systems Methodology", "education", and "educational management". Ten articles reported that the use of SSM succeeded in producing a conceptual model that could be applied to design systemic changes that were contextual and acceptable to educational institutions. In addition, this approach was considered capable of integrating social, cultural, and policy aspects that influence decision-making in educational institutions. The results of this study strengthen the argument that SSM is not only useful for mapping problems, but also effective in encouraging cross-functional collaboration and producing more sustainable solutions. The Pancasila student profile must be understood by all stakeholders because it is considered important. Muhammadiyah 1 Senior High School, Ponorogo is one of the private schools that has implemented the Independent Curriculum, one of which is the Pancasila Student Profile (P3) dimension. Hizbul Wathan is one of the scouts in Indonesia that is related to outdoor learning activities. The research method used is qualitative research with a field approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that 1) Muhammadiyah Senior High School 1 Ponorogo has implemented part of the Independent Curriculum, namely the Pancasila Student Profile (P3), one of which is through the Hizbul Wathan extracurricular, 2) The dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile (P3) that have been applied in extracurricular activities are faith, devotion to God Almighty; independent; mutual cooperation; and creative. In the Islamic context, the concept of quality also receives special attention, as reflected in the teachings of the Qur'an, which emphasize the importance of ihsan (excellence) in every aspect of life. This study aims to examine the relationship between TQM principles and the values taught in the Qur'an, as well as their implications for organizational management, particularly in the context of Islamic education.​ The research method employed is a literature review, analyzing various relevant sources from both modern management perspectives on TQM and the teachings of the Qur'an. Using a qualitative approach with literature studies and policy analysis, this research examines the implementation of quality standards regulated by national (Ministry of Education and Ministry of Religious Affairs regulations) and local policies, as well as the problematics encountered in the field. The findings reveal that although quality standards—covering academic qualifications, pedagogical and professional competencies, and integration of Islamic values—have been clearly formulated, their implementation still faces challenges, including regional disparities in educator quality, limited funding, resistance to modern management systems, and overlapping regulations. Case studies in madrasah, pesantren, and PTKIN highlight that quality improvement requires synergies between continuous training, technology adoption, and adaptation to local wisdom. Their research involved multiple countries with the aim of collecting empirical data that serve as a basis for evaluating higher education programs. Quality assurance has become a crucial aspect in assessing the improvement of higher education quality. Graduate tracer studies serve as one of the methods to evaluate the relevance and quality of graduates. A literature study approach is used to further examine the implementation of graduate tracer studies in identifying various challenges and opportunities for developing graduate quality management. Data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data verification and validation are the stages used in this research. The results indicate that the opportunities presented by graduate tracer studies point to a paradigm shift, the development of responsive curricula, mapping of labor market trends, and enhancement of institutional reputation. However, challenges faced include low participation rates and limitations in data processing and follow-up actions. The development of educational technology and the implementation of the new curriculum make adaptive supervision a response to changes in the dynamic learning environment. This article aims to examine in more depth the forms of adaptive supervision transformation in supporting the effectiveness of improving learning quality. A qualitative method with a literature study approach is used to identify various transformations of adaptive supervision. Scientific journals, academic books, policy reports, and recent research results are the sources of research data. The analysis used was content analysis. The results showed that the transformation in adaptive supervision identified two things, namely: (a) adjusting the approach to the characteristics of teachers and the environment; and (b) utilizing digital technology to support communication, data analysis, and learning reflection.
