Teacher leadership in PAUD is not only limited to teaching, but also includes the role as a guide to children's character. This article aims to examine the leadership of PAUD teachers in instilling character values ​​in children, with an approach based on the perspective of the Qur'an. Using a library research method, this article analyzes the texts of the Qur'an that are relevant to the principles of leadership, as well as the application of these values ​​in the context of early childhood education. The novelty of this study lies in the perspective of the in-depth application of the Qur'an in the map of ideal leadership characteristics for PAUD teachers, including the values ​​of honesty, compassion, discipline, and justice. The results of this study found that from the perspective of the Qur'an, a teacher's leadership must include exemplary behavior, wisdom, and patience, all of which play a role in forming children's character in a gentle and understanding manner. This study also suggests that the application of these principles in teaching practice can optimize the process of forming children's character and strengthen children's moral foundations from an early age. This research used the classroom action research (CAR) method which was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of three meetings. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires and interviews to assess the development of students' communication and collaboration skills. The results of this research indicate that collaborative strategies are effective in improving students' communication and collaboration skills. This research contributes to the development of learning methods at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, especially in increasing students' active involvement in learning. Before the intervention, the level of student completion in communication and collaboration skills was still low, with only 38.46% of students completing it. After implementing collaborative strategies in cycle I, communication skills increased to 76.93% and collaboration skills reached 61.54%. However, some students are still less active in group discussions and interactions. Therefore, the strategy was improved in cycle II with clearer instructions and encouragement for active participation. In cycle II, communication skills increased to 92.30%, while collaboration skills reached 84.61%. The school implements two main curricula: the academic curriculum (Saman) and the religious curriculum (Sassanah). Although both curricula are regulated by the Thai government, the school has the flexibility to develop the religious curriculum based on local needs. This article examines how the integration of academic and religious curricula supports the achievement of holistic competence among students. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Rungrote Wittaya School implements curriculum integration using the shared model, connected model, threaded model, and immersed model. The curriculum is applied proportionally, with 60% allocated to the academic curriculum and 40% to the religious curriculum. The school also adopts a full-day school system and fosters a religious and nationalistic learning environment. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method. This study explains the characteristics of effective leadership in Islamic educational institutions emphasizing Islamic values ​​such as monotheism, Amanah and responsibility and deliberation. Teachers are not only required to have professional competence and mastery of technology, but also spiritual integrity that reflects Islamic values. This study aims to examine the challenges of teacher selection in the digital era, and to offer an integrative selection approach between professionalism and spirituality. Using a literature study method with a qualitative descriptive approach, data was obtained from national and international scientific literature. The results of the study indicate an imbalance in digital literacy, the dominance of technical professionalism aspects, and weak instruments for measuring spirituality in the teacher selection process. Therefore, a multidimensional and collaborative selection model is needed, including integration between madrasahs and Islamic boarding schools, in order to produce teachers who are balanced between technological skills and moral-spiritual strength in educating the Islamic generation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results revealed that the school implemented an integrated learning model with a clear division of tasks between Tilawati teachers who teach reading the Qur'an systematically and Tahfidz teachers who are responsible for the memorization program. The integration of the two methods is done sequentially and in parallel according to the ability of each student. The success of the program is supported by regular training for teachers and the implementation of a gradual learning strategy (tadarruj), resulting in students successfully achieving the Juz 30 memorization target, some even exceeding it. The concept of mental development applied focuses on the process of internalizing moral values, by actualizing these values ​​to students. This research is a qualitative study. Research Results Students are given a deep understanding of the importance of emotional and spiritual intelligence through the appreciation of moral values. The strategies used by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in mental development include several approaches. 1) providing opportunities for students to apply the knowledge that has been taught. 2) supervision that is directive without dictating students, providing space for independence. 3) practicing and cultivating Islamic values ​​is the core of the strategy. This research adopts a qualitative case study approach, complemented by quantitative data through pretest and posttest assessments. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, school leaders, and parents, documentation of daily activities, and memorization tests to measure student achievement. The findings indicate that the talaqqi method, conducted daily through stages of listening, imitating, and repeating Qur’anic verses, is significantly effective in enhancing students’ memorization abilities. On average, students demonstrated an increase of 8 to 9 verses within a four-week period. Indirect impacts were also observed, such as improved discipline, greater love for the Qur’an, and respectful behavior during the learning process. This study contributes practical insights for developing effective tahfidz strategies in Islamic early childhood education and recommends future development of the talaqqi method through the integration of audio-visual media and play-based approaches. These traditions are not merely expressions of culture or customs passed down from generation to generation, but also function as a means of internalizing Islamic teachings into people's lives. This study aims to identify and analyze the values of Islamic education contained in social practices during pregnancy, such as four-monthly religious studies, reading of the letters Maryam and Yusuf by pregnant women, and thanksgiving and alms activities. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, light interviews with community leaders, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that these traditions contain dimensions of monotheism, worship, morals, and Islamic brotherhood education that are implemented contextually and applicatively. These values also strengthen the role of the family and community as agents of non-formal education that instill Islamic teachings naturally since the prenatal period. This research aims to analyze the communication strategies employed by caregivers, identify obstacles faced, and evaluate the contribution of communication to the effectiveness of diba activities. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with a field research method. Data was collected through direct observations, in-depth interviews with caregivers, student leaders, and junior students, as well as documentation of relevant activities. Utilizing the CIPPO (Context, Input, Process, Product, Outcome) evaluation model, the research examines policy documents, LPDP annual reports, academic journals, and alumni testimonials. Findings reveal that while LPDP plays a strategic role as an educational investment instrument, it still faces challenges in accessibility, the effectiveness of affirmative action for underdeveloped regions, and a weak alumni tracer system. The focus of this study is based on the differences in the characteristics of ideology and Islamic approaches between Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) which is moderate and based on the Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah tradition and PKS which tends to be scripturalist and ideological. This study uses the methodSystematic Literature Review (SLR)by reviewing literature from various national and international scientific journals in the period 2015–2025. The literature was analyzed through a process of identification, selection, and synthesis to gain a deep understanding of NU's response and attitude towards PKS's political style. The results of the study show that NU values ​​such as tawassuth (moderate), tasamuh (tolerant), tawazun (balanced), and i'tidal (fair) encourage a critical but non-confrontational attitude towards identity politics and political pragmatism carried out by PKS. NU's attitude tends to prioritize national ethics and the welfare of the people rather than the dominance of certain political ideologies. The poems contained in this book are able to arouse emotions and shape religious character through the Prophet's example. One of the implications is the rise of online political activism, as shown by the hashtag #TolakBasaBasiPolitik by Remotivi on Instagram. Therefore, this article aims to analyze content construction with the hashtag #TolakBasaBasiPolitik using Robert N. Entman’s framing model analysis framework. The data in this study is content using the hashtag #TolakBasaBasiPolitik uploaded to the Instagram account @remotivi.or.id (<a href="https://www.instagram.com/remotivi.or.id">https://www.instagram.com/remotivi.or.id</a>) between January and February 2024. Four aspects were analyzed in this content: define the problem, diagnose causes, moral judgment, and treatment recommendation. Data collection was conducted through observational documentation. The study found that content with the hashtag #TolakBasaBasiPolitik by Remotivi on Instagram represents a consistently critical stance toward superficial political journalism practices in Indonesia. In other words, content with this hashtag criticizes mainstream media for prioritizing sensational, personal, and visual narratives rather than substantive and educational narratives related to ideas and policies. The findings reveal that the reduction of knowledge to a mere technical tool has resulted in the neglect of education's humanistic dimension. The ontological dimension emphasizes education as a space for meaning-making and existential development. These issues are exacerbated by a patriarchal culture that often views violence as a private matter, making it difficult to address through the legal system. The primary research questions are: (1) Does gadget usage affect the emotional development of mahasantri? (2) Does emotional development affect their ability to memorize the Qur’an? and (3) Does emotional development mediate the relationship between gadget usage and Qur’an memorization ability? This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative causal design. The sample consisted of 14 mahasantri selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using validity and reliability tests as well as path analysis with SPSS. The results show that gadget usage has a positive and significant influence on emotional development (β = 0.785; p &lt; 0.05) and directly affects Qur’an memorization ability (β = 0.732; p &lt; 0.05). Furthermore, emotional development significantly influences memorization ability (β = 0.648; p &lt; 0.05) and acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between gadget usage and memorization performance. Through a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study explores in depth how the principal implements the principles of transformational leadership in daily interactions with teachers. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with the principal and teacher representatives, and analysis of related documents. The results of the study are expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of effective transformational leadership strategies in fostering teacher work motivation, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation in the context of elementary schools. The results of the study indicate that the basic principles of TQM, such as customer orientation, employee involvement, and continuous improvement, have begun to be implemented, but still face challenges in terms of limited human resources, digital infrastructure, and the lack of optimal routine employee training. The novelty of this study lies in the finding that the implementation of TQM will not be effective without the integration of continuous education and training designed based on employee competency needs. The research method used in this study is a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent control group design (unequal pretest-posttest) pattern. The population in this study were all grade VI students in cluster 2 of Sungai Lasi kecematan consisting of 8 schools. In general, the jigsaw cooperative learning model (X1) has an effect of 13% on the ability to write explanatory text (Y) of elementary school students. However, the effect is still low as evidenced by the t-test result of -2.131. Learning motivation (X2) also has a significant effect of 56% on the ability to write explanatory text (Y) of elementary school students. The influence on motivation and ability to write explanatory text is evidenced by the results of the t test with a calculated t value of 2.561. The jigsaw cooperative learning model (X1) and learning motivation (X2) have an effect of 7.6% on the ability to write explanatory text (Y) of elementary school students. The effect of the jigsaw cooperative learning model and motivation together on the ability to write explanatory text is evidenced by the results of the f test of 3,585. The contribution of interest and motivation is 7.6%, the remaining 24% is influenced by factors outside the study. The results of the study indicate that adaptive learning through a digital platform allows for personalization of learning according to individual student needs, while joyful learning based on interactive media increases motivation, participation, and social-emotional development of students. The combination of the two creates a responsive, inclusive, and enjoyable learning environment. This study aims to examine how elementary school supervisors in Banjar Regency implement strategic management in improving teacher competence. A qualitative case study approach was used with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that supervisors carry out their roles as strategic planners, supervisors based on mentoring, and evaluators of periodic coaching programs. A dialogic and collaborative supervision approach improves teacher professionalism, especially in learning planning. The main challenges are administrative burdens and time constraints, but can be overcome through collaboration with the principal. The strategic management implemented by supervisors has a positive impact on improving teacher competence and supports the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum more effectively. The background of this study is based on the importance of creating a school environment with a positive work culture as a strategic factor in improving the quality of educational services. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with Pearson's correlation technique. The research instrument consists of a Likert scale questionnaire comprising 30 statements for each variable and was distributed to 50 respondents, including teachers and educational staff. Before conducting the correlation analysis, the data was tested through prerequisite tests, namely linearity and normality tests. The results indicate that the relationship between organizational culture and service quality is linear, and the data are normally distributed. The correlation analysis revealed a coefficient value of 0.960 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a very strong and statistically significant relationship between the two variables. This finding suggests that strengthening organizational culture contributes significantly to improving the quality of educational services. The Indonesian Ombudsman serves as an oversight institution tasked with addressing public complaints related to suspected administrative misconduct. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted at the East Java Regional Office of the Indonesian Ombudsman. Field findings indicate that the effectiveness of maladministration complaint handling still encounters several challenges, including limited resources, low public participation, and suboptimal coordination among related institutions. The study applies the implementation framework proposed by Sanford and Moulton, which emphasizes three key indicators: the context of change, core program design, and technical-adaptive challenges. The analysis reveals that although the implementation of complaint handling has shown progress, its overall effectiveness has yet to reach its full potential. APBDes must be managed in a transparent, accountable, and participatory manner, as well as in an orderly manner. Changes to the APBDes are influenced by responses to local needs, government policies, regulations, and economic conditions. The purpose of this study is to understand the process and identify supporting and inhibiting factors for changes to the APBDes. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this study analyzes the influencing factors, implementation challenges, development impacts, the process of preparation and ratification, and transparency and accountability. Data were obtained through interviews and direct observations with village officials and the BPD, supported by secondary data. The results of the study show that changes to the 2024 APBDes are driven by adjustments to fund allocations according to community needs and new policies, as well as responses to evaluations. The process is transparent and participatory through village deliberations. The research method used is research and development (R&amp;D) with the ADDIE model. The subjects of the study were 45 grade IV students, of which 15 students were in small-scale trials and 30 students were in large-scale trials. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The instruments used were assessment scales to determine the feasibility of language, media, and materials as well as the response to the attractiveness of the product to students with a Likert scale arranged in the form of a checklist. The results of expert validation showed that this media was very valid with a percentage above 80%. Trials in two schools showed a positive response from students, with a very interesting percentage reaching 98.4% and 96.5%. This study uses the Research and Development (R&amp;D) method with 34 students from MIN 1 and MIN 4 Pringsewu as subjects. The research model developed uses ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection was conducted through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was performed to determine the product's score or validity based on expert validation from media experts, language experts, and subject matter experts, as well as student responses using a Likert scale. The research results showed that based on subject matter expert validation, the module achieved a percentage of 96.67%, media expert validation achieved a percentage of 92%, and language expert validation achieved a percentage of 84.67%. Critical thinking is a skill that students need to identify problems well. Students' critical thinking skills are still low due to the use of conventional learning methods. As a solution, this study applies the RADEC model which involves active student interaction through various stages, such as reading, answering, discussing, explaining, and creating. The results of the analysis show that the application of this model increases students' posttest scores in the experimental class compared to the control class using traditional methods. The RADEC model not only improves understanding of the material, but also students' critical thinking skills. This article aims to explore the implementation of the Pillars of Faith in Islamic counseling and its impact on the psychological well-being of Muslim individuals. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving 15-20 Muslim individuals who had participated in an Islamic counseling program. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and observations, then analyzed using thematic analysis methods. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Pillars of Faith in Islamic counseling has a positive impact on participants' spiritual beliefs, peace of mind, and ability to deal with problems. The majority of participants reported improved mental and emotional well-being, as well as the ability to accept life's trials better. One place that can cultivate students' reading interest is the library. This research aims to determine the utilization of the school library in fostering students' reading literacy. The research was conducted at the library of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Kota Cimahi. This study employed a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews and observations. The informants were the school principal and subject teachers. The research results show that teachers actively participate in literacy activities by providing comfortable facilities to cultivate students' reading literacy. The school collaborates with external parties and the regional library to improve service quality. The management of the school library to foster students' reading literacy includes implementing various literacy programs, such as the Friday Numeracy Literacy Program, to encourage students' reading literacy. The background of this study is based on the importance of educational transformation along with the rapid development of technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Education digitalization is seen as a strategy to improve the quality of learning, equal access, and efficiency of administration and learning methods. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, and is analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the education digitalization policy has a positive impact on the learning process, including through easy access to information, the emergence of new, more innovative and flexible learning methods. However, digitalization also has negative impacts such as the digital competency gap between teachers and students, the potential for misuse of technology, data security threats, and decreased direct social interaction. At SMA Negeri 2 Dusun Hilir, the success of implementing this policy is influenced by several supporting factors such as adequate technological infrastructure, teacher training, and school management support. In the context of a pluralistic society, education is the main means to instill the values ​​of tolerance, justice, and mutual respect between ethnic, cultural, and religious differences. Islamic law, as the normative foundation of Muslims, teaches the principles of peaceful coexistence and upholds humanity.
