Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of educational management strategies on the development of Child-Friendly Schools at SD Negeri Ragatunjung 02, Brebes Regency, and to identify the implementation of management functions in creating a safe, comfortable, inclusive, and child-oriented learning environment. Methods: This study employed a quantitative approach using descriptive and associative research designs. The population consisted of 350 students, with 187 respondents selected using the Slovin formula through simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires supported by observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple regression after passing validity, reliability, and statistical assumption tests. Results: The findings indicate that educational management strategies have a positive and significant effect on the development of Child-Friendly Schools. Systematic planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation improve coordination among school stakeholders, strengthen a child-friendly school culture, and support the fulfillment of children's rights. Novelty: This study provides empirical evidence that integrating educational management functions with child rights principles constitutes an effective strategy for strengthening the implementation of Child-Friendly Schools at the elementary education level.
