PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA PESERTA DI LPK SONAGI KENDAL

Training and course institutions (LPK) constitute a form of non-formal education that facilitates human resource development activities. The high level of public interest in working in South Korea has led to the emergence of Training and Course Institutions (LPK) that focus on Korean language training to prepare students for the Employment Permit System-Test of Proficiency in Korean (EPS-TOPIK) as a primary requirement for securing employment in South Korea. Work readiness is a critical factor that language course participants at LPK must consider in order to achieve success in their destination country. Self-efficacy is one internal factor believed to influence the level of work readiness exhibited by participants. The objective of this study is to examine the extent to which self-efficacy influences the work readiness of participants at LPK Sonagi Kendal. The research design employed is of a quantitative nature, employing an ex post facto design. A quantitative study was conducted on a sample of 53 language course participants at LPK Sonagi Kendal (2025/2026). The data was collected via a questionnaire and tested using simple regression with SPSS 27. The findings of the analysis indicated that self-efficacy exhibited a positive contribution of 23.3% (coefficient 0.233; p < 0.05) to work readiness. The statistical analysis of the data reveals a significant finding (p = 0.000). This finding indicates that enhancing self-efficacy directly impacts the work readiness of the participants at LPK Sonagi Kendal, particularly in the domain of Korean language courses
