English proficiency is an essential competency that students must master in the globalization era, as it serves as a medium of international communication, access to knowledge, and a driver of global competitiveness. However, Indonesian students still face significant challenges in developing English skills, including low self-confidence, limited practice opportunities, and insufficient supportive language environments. This study aims to describe and analyze the management of the Monthly Meeting program as a strategy for developing the English language skills of Full Day School students, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The study employed a library research method with a qualitative approach; data were collected through documentation of relevant scientific sources and analyzed using Content Analysis. The findings indicate that the Monthly Meeting program can be effectively managed through George R. Terry's management functions, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC). The program provides students with opportunities to actively use English through communicative activities such as speeches, discussions, debates, storytelling, and presentations, thereby improving speaking skills, enriching vocabulary, and enhancing self-confidence. Program success is supported by school commitment, teacher involvement, and a conducive learning environment, while the main obstacles include students' lack of confidence and limited supporting facilities.
