ANALISIS RISIKO KECELAKAAN KERJA MENGGUNAKAN METODE HIRADC DAN JSA PADA PROSES PRODUKSI JOINT PLATE DI PT. CARAKA ANUGRAH SANTOSO

This study aims to identify occupational hazards, assess occupational safety and health (OSH) risks, and propose appropriate risk control measures in the Joint Plate production process at PT. Caraka Anugrah Santoso using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) methods. A descriptive approach was employed through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. HIRADC was applied for macro-risk assessment, while JSA was utilized for systematic task analysis. Dominant hazards were identified in the Furmace, Rolling Mill, Hole, Bumping, Channel, and Skirtboard processes, including being pinched by machinery, injuries from sharp and hot materials, metal fragment exposure, slipping, and tripping. The Rollling Mill process presented the highest risk level with a Risk Rating of 16 (High Risk), while other processes scored 12 (High Risk). Proposed controls include engineering controls, administrative controls, SOP development, OHS training, and PPE compliance. The integration of HIRADC and JSA methods provides a comprehensive risk analysis and hierarchy of control based recommendations tailored to the characteristics of Joint Plate production.
