PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (PSDM) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU OLAHRAGA DENGAN BANTUAN TEKNOLOGI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)

Government Regulation Number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, states that there are four teacher competencies, one of which is Pedagogical Competence, where in this competency teachers have the ability to manage student learning which includes understanding students, designing and implementing learning, evaluating learning outcomes, and developing students to actualize their various potentials. One technological innovation that has great potential in the world of education is Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI can assist teachers in various aspects of learning, from planning, implementation, to evaluation. AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology or artificial intelligence has experienced massive development from year to year. Its presence with new features, functions, and displays has an increasing impact on many aspects of human life, including education. For this reason, teachers can utilize AI as a technology that can be used to help the learning process which can later have an impact. The results of this study show that the use of artificial intelligence (AI) can improve the pedagogical abilities of sports teachers, this is proven by the average value of teachers before using Class Point AI from 60 sports teachers obtained a value of 57.48%. After using Class Point AI there was an increase in the pedagogical competence of teachers by an average of 88.9%. This can be concluded that there was an increase in the pedagogical competence of sports teachers. by 31.42%.
