Objective: This research analyzes the principal's role and digital leadership in increasing technology use at SDN 11 Rawajitu Utara to achieve effective digital transformation in elementary schools. It aims to evaluate managerial interventions and teachers' technology utilization levels. Methods: A descriptive qualitative approach was employed to obtain authentic field data. Data collection utilized participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, involving the principal and teachers as subjects. Data analysis applied the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Results: The principal has functioned as a manager by providing adequate digital infrastructure, including 15 laptops, 2 LCD projectors, internet access, and a Smart TV. However, technology utilization remains suboptimal and is dominated by conventional methods due to ICT literacy gaps. Digital transformation requires the principal to act not only as a facilitator, but also as a consistent supervisor. Novelty: This research proposes a specific digital leadership model through the integration of active role-modeling, intensive training, and continuous academic supervision as a concrete solution to overcome literacy gaps and pedagogical constraints among educators in elementary schools.
