Many Islamic educational institutions today face serious financial vulnerabilities due to their heavy reliance on single donations, as well as operational inefficiencies resulting from traditional governance practices in the VUCA era. This study aims to comprehensively analyze sustainable Islamic educational leadership strategies for mitigating these various financial and operational risks. The method employed is descriptive qualitative research using a literature review (library research) that synthesizes theoretical literature and reputable empirical studies from 2020 to 2026. The research findings indicate that the articulation of the pillars of prophetic leadership (ṣidq, amānah, tablīgh, fathanah) serves as a robust preventive mitigation tool for the organization. The integration of the values of amānah and fathanah has successfully fostered financial diversification through a hybrid funding model that synergizes productive Islamic philanthropy with self-reliant social entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the actualization of the value of ihsan drives the implementation of cashless financial administration digitization to eliminate systemic inefficiencies. Concrete recommendations for institutional managers include immediately adopting a hybrid funding model based on productive business units and implementing an integrated digital administration system to build long-term institutional resilience.
