Objective: This study analyzes Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration in Indonesia's educational quality management, maps ethical and human resource challenges, and formulates an adaptive quality assurance strategic framework. Methods: A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA 2020 protocol was conducted on 40 peer-reviewed journal articles (2017–2026) retrieved from Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref, and SINTA, analyzed using thematic content analysis. Results: AI implementation transforms the internal quality assurance cycle (PPEPP) from manual procedures into real-time data-driven management. AI automation reduces internal audit administrative workloads by 40–50% and accelerates accreditation under Permendikbudristek No. 53 of 2023. However, critical hurdles remain, including academic integrity risks, low digital literacy among educational managers, and regional infrastructure disparities. Novelty: This study presents a four-pillar adaptive quality management strategic framework combining Total Quality Management principles with AI capabilities tailored to the Indonesian educational context.
