Mathematics education continues to face various challenges, particularly regarding students' affective and cognitive aspects—such as math anxiety, low learning motivation, and weak higher-order thinking skills (HOTS). These issues are further exacerbated by students' limited self-regulated learning (SRL) capabilities and a lack of growth mindset development. This article aims to systematically examine the role of educational technology in supporting the development of SRL and a growth mindset within mathematics education. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology was employed, analyzing ten relevant scholarly articles and focusing on technologies such as learning management systems, mobile learning, adaptive learning systems, intelligent tutoring systems, and virtual learning environments. The results indicate that the appropriate integration of educational technology can enhance self-regulation skills, reduce math anxiety, and foster a growth mindset through flexible, adaptive, and student-centered learning experiences. These findings underscore the strategic role of educational technology as a pedagogical intervention tool for improving the quality of mathematics education from both affective and cognitive perspectives. Consequently, the implementation of technologies designed to support SRL.
