Jurnal Kepemimpinan dan Pengurusan Sekolah (JKPS) dengan with ISSN 2502-6437 (print) and ISSN 2502-6445 (online), is an educational research scientific journal that contains research results and/or analytical studies - critical in the field of principal leadership, learning processes and educational evaluation to explore and develop models of effective principal leadership, learning models and assessment of teacher performance and student achievement in the educational aspect. Jurnal Kepemimpinan dan Pengurusan Sekolah (JKPS) Journal is a journal managed by the Journal team of the Institute of Research and Community Service STKIP Pesisir Selatan, Indonesia in collaboration with International Islamic Studies Development and Research Center (IISDRC). Jurnal Kepemimpinan dan Pengurusan Sekolah (JKPS) Journal publishes articles four a year, namely in March, June, September, and December.

Jurnal Kepemimpinan dan Pengurusan Sekolah (JKPS) has been re-accredited at rank 4 by Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 225/E/KPT/2022 which is valid for five years from its stipulation on December 7, 2022.
Jurnal Kepemimpinan dan Pengurusan Sekolah (JKPS) received its first accreditation in 2018. The journal publishes 4 issues per year, with each issue including 5 to 15 articles. There is no set number of articles published in each subject area per issue. The editor's decision to publish an article is based on its suitability to the aims and scope of the journal, as well as the overall impact and quality of the manuscript.
