PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN PENGGUNAAN SIMDIK TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DI SMK MA’ARIF NU 01 KETANGGUNGAN

This study aims to empirically determine the effect of Principal Leadership Style and SIMDIK Utilization on Teacher Work Motivation at SMK MA'ARIF NU 01 KETANGGUNGAN, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses an associative quantitative method, with a population of 24 respondents and sampling using saturated samples. Data analysis techniques use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the study indicate that Principal Leadership Style does not have a significant effect on Teacher Work Motivation with the hypothesis test obtained t count < t table or (-1.536 < 1.717) which means H01 is accepted and Ha1 is rejected. Similarly, SIMDIK Utilization does not have a significant effect on Teacher Work Motivation with the hypothesis test obtained t count < t table or (-0.863) < t table (1.717) which means H02 is accepted and Ha2 is rejected. Simultaneously, the Principal's Leadership Style and the Use of SIMDIK do not have a significant effect on Teacher Work Motivation with the regression equation Y = 104.038 - 0.379 X1 - 0.148 X2 + e, and the hypothesis test obtained Fcount < Ftable, namely (1.465 < 3.467), which means H03 is accepted, and Ha3 is rejected.
