EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM MADRASAH DIGITAL LEARNINGBERBASIS CIPP (CONTEXT, INPUT, PROCESS, AND PRODUCT) di MA Persis Tarogong Garut

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Madrasah Digital Learning (MDL) program at MA Persis Tarogong Garut using the CIPP (context, input, process, product) model to address digital transformation challenges without compromising traditional moral values. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants, while secondary data were gathered through document analysis. Data collection techniques included participant observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed using an interactive model and validated through triangulation. The results indicate that the context dimension is highly relevant in aligning science and technology (IPTEK) with religious faith (IMTAQ). The input dimension is adequate, supported by a balance of infrastructure and teacher competence, while the process dimension runs interactively via an LMS with effectively mitigated adaptation challenges. The product dimension demonstrates precise alignment with the institution’s vision, measured by increased student motivation and learning autonomy. The novelty of this study lies in the synthesis of program effectiveness through the convergence of the "Smart Ecosystem Trinity"Smart Classroom, Smart Library, and Rapor Digital Madrasah (RDM) which significantly enhances overall learning quality at MA Persis Tarogong Garut
